"Ikariam" is a free browser game that features elements from both RTS games, and Civilization-styled games. Players begin with a small fertile plot of land, and after gathering resources and constructing buildings, they upgrade it into a more prosperous area. Players can better their empire through crafty construction and research, trade, resource gathering, and even war. While playing, "Ikariam's" NPC advisors will offer you input on what you're doing, as well as advice and tips.
