BLUESIDE has released brand new footage of their MMO Action RTS “Kingdom Under Fire II(KUFII)”, which is being developed for multiple platforms.

KUFII, which will be the fifth installment in the acclaimed Kingdom Under Fire franchise, whose legacy has spanned more than a decade, is a AAA title that is currently being developed by BLUESIDE. The game will put the player right in the middle of a battlefield with a massive number of units and amazingly realistic medieval visuals that will keep him or her on the edge. On top of that, the revamped control scheme is more user friendly than its predecessors, the action is even more intense, and the new hero and troop growth system, which offers various ways for the player to evolve, will make sure the fun never runs out.

This latest trailer unveils never-before-seen footage of the towns and landscape of Bersia, the game’s main setting. It also shows the various types of Battaloons, the class-based motherships which serve as the players’ means of conveyance, and the customized characters whose outfits differ depending on the player’s level. The trailer also features several scenes that give hints as to how the universe of KUFII is shaping up.

In addition to this trailer, BLUESIDE has also announced their plans for the public to get their hands on a playable build for the first time at G-Star, one of the biggest online game shows, which kicks off on November 18th in Busan, South Korea. Those in attendance will also have an opportunity to check out the game’s trailer in full 3D, at a dedicated venue within the BLUESIDE booth.

A closed beta test for Kingdom Under Fire II is slated for this coming winter, and selected gamers in Korea will participate. Following this closed beta, a Korean open beta test is planned to take place in the summer of 2011. Scheduling for international service will be announced after the closed beta.
